If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://biturl.im/aU7mA

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Are you referring to blackpowder or modern smokeless powder? The "recipe" for blackpowder is simple:

75% potassium nitrate
15% Carbon in the form of charcoal
!0% Sulphur
To obtain uniform grain size the mixture is saturated with water, placed into a mold and allowed to dry. The "cake" is then carefully ground and filtered through a stack filter to separate grain size... Fg, FFg, FFFg..etc.

There are hundreds of books on the subject. Why don't you look some up?

I would imagine you could google it and get an exact recipe. I don't know the proportions, but I know the ingredients are charcoal, sulfur, and saltpeter. Not something I would want to experiment with myself.

Some-one gave you the ingredients.
He did you no favor.
The 'recipe` is complex and hard to follow.
Just mixing the ingredients will get you a very poor
product, and you're likely to hurt yourself.
Know what you're doing before you mess about
with anything like this. Most 'recipes` will just get
you in far over your head without a lifejacket.

cp tango is right saltpeter, charcoal, and sulfur make black powder for muzzle loaders.however this not the same stuff found in modern gunpowder.it is much lower powered.while you can make black powder i can not recommend it as you must test it for strength before you develop a load for your gun.because .......if........ it is to strong and you use your normal standard load it could explode you gun.

You wan the recipe of BLACK POWDER. not gun powder. Gun powder recipes are highly guarded secrets of the manufactures. That involve chemicle compounds I do not think the normal Joe Blow walking down the street can get his hands on.
