This girl who is a stranger fancies me I see her in the mornin g on the bus. Beae in mind shes 15 and so am I, she is ok but im not intrested in a girlfriend, so would it be nice of me just to say hello because its mean to ignore her. Would it make her feel pretty and happy.

Sure it would. However it might also make her feel that you like her back which would be like leading her on. There would be nothing more embarssing then asking soemone out that you think likes you , and they turn you down. I to am 15 and know what it feels like to be on both ends of the situation, and know that neither are fun. You just need to do what you think is right. If you think you should say hi then do it, but don't lead her on if your not interested. It's a complicated situation, and I hope you work it out soon. Good luck:)

You can just get to know her as friends. It is simply a nice thing to just smile at someone and say hello. It won't necessarily make her think she is pretty, but it will put a smile on her face. I don't care who people are, I will still smile and say hello. I am a friendly person.
If she suggests dating, tell her the truth. You cannot have too many friends.

Yeh just even say Hi but not in a too friendly way as you dont want to give off the wrong impression and hopefully her crush for you will wear off and if not go on a date with her as friends and explain that yeh shes a nice girl but you dont want anything heavy just have fun!
