I'm 24yrs old about 6'0 140lbs, I'm in fairly good shape but I want to be bigger and stronger. I work two jobs and don't have time to go to the gym. What are some things I could be doing/eating to help me put on some muscle?

Nothing you eat will give you muscle mass without exercise. You can do a regime of pushups and squats at home that will help you, just remember that eating more food than you burn will cause you to get fat, no matter what the food is. The other thing you can do is learn to live with your body. If you want to get massive you have to have the right genes (the most important thing) and work out with weights.
