Whats the minimum distance from the ATS to the panels its supplying? Don't have NFPA 110

There is no minimum distance of the ATS to the panels it is supplying. You are required a clear working space of one meter or 500mm depending on thewall the ATS is installed. Refer to the Ntional Electrical Code or Philippine Electrical Code.

I don't think there's a minimum distance.
A transfer switch can be installed IN a
switchboard as part of the assembly.
