Trying to get it fixed?  Where did you buy it.  Just beware, people are selling cars that were damaged in Hurricane Katrina all over the country.  They've got PSAs on the local tvs and radio stations in my town because apparently a lot of people have been screwed from this scheme.

If you purchased a car and have been trying to get the same thing fixed since day one, The dealership is responsible for getting it done. I wouldn't care how long it's been, If I sold a car on my lot and gave a warranty, I would make it right, because I have to. I would think and hope that the dealership would not try to get out of this, they are responsible and If you get no satisfaction, take your warranty and records of past attempts to fix it to the business manager. If you get no satisfaction there, call your states MOTOR VEHICLE LICENSING BOARD and make a complaint and tell the dealership if you are not taken care of that this is what you plan to do. good luck

Well I know how you feel. I've been having problems with my car also since day one. The dealer where I got it from is being helpful with solving the problem. I bought my car with out a warranty. I'm just getting impatient with them and I wish they would just take the car back. There is a law every one keeps telling me to protect you with your purchase. See if the dealer will repair the issue. If you have your shop receipt when you got it repaired all I can say is get you lawyer and see what they say. Google, lemon law and see if that helps you.

Well what you can do is ask a family member who know stuff about cars or a friend. They can tell you how to go about fixing it or maybe even fix it for you.
