Jewellery quarter in Hockley - there is one place that will do it while you wander off for a coffee - can't think of the name though - but ask in any of the larger shops and they will tell you.

It looks like a right dive!! Up an alley - but very very good.

EDIT : thinking about it, if you get to the Clock in the middle of the road, there is a parade of shops there (newsagents etc) face the clock with those shops on your left and turn right and walk down the right hand side of that road - workshop place is almost at the end of that street - there a coffee shop a few doors before it, and a general shop opposite (i.e. not a jewellers!)

this could be unpopular, yet you ought to objective a pawn save or craigslist. Our monetary device is so undesirable proper now, each and every person is advertising eye-catching jewelry for extremely small quantities. in case you come to a determination the craigslist course, make certain to fulfill the guy at a jewellery shop. no longer purely to confirm what you're identifying to purchase is actual, yet there are criminals which will entice you out by fact they be attentive to you have money on your pocket.

I would have said the gay village in Manchester would have been the best place to get your ring re-sized.
A lot of men go there for that very reason!.
