Well i do and it hasnt hurt me yet and i been on a diet with my excersize and lost 52 lbs so far

I was dealing with high cholesterol, and I was overweight. My doctor and physical therapist got me onto a routine where I strength trained one day, cardio the other, and every day I strength trained, it was a different muscle group. Arms, Legs, Chest, Abs etc. Lots of material out there to look at. I personally like the Body For Life program by Bill Phillips. I started at 185 2 years ago, and I'm maintaining my weight around 150. Use a doctor for a gameplan though. Having someone hold you accountable is key to success! Good Luck!
