I have four sets hanging in my closet: three desert pattern (DCU) from when I was mobilized to Kuwait and one forest green (BDU) for drill weekends and ATs at my mobilization site in Washington.
The blue digital pattern is not out yet, despite statements that they would be issued soon.
Seabees, medical units, security units, and other shore units are authorized to wear camouflage uniforms.

Usually the only ones in the navy that wear camoflouge are the Sea Bees, they do the construction for the navy. Other units that wear Camoflouge are the Master at Arms (police) and the SEAL's and EOD. They wear the basic BDU's

The navy can ware any uniform they are issued and any patch that is issued and sown on at no cost to the Sailor (I think the Army should add that to our policy)
I worked with several guys in Kuwait who wore the Army digital Cammo ACU with the flag unit patch and everything. They only had to get rank made to put on.

The paint and grease from the ships blend into the pattern. When deployed they wear Army combat uniform.

Yes. They're about to wear it instead of Dungarees, I've heard. The new stuff is a blue camo pattern.

not on a ship.
ships were sometimes painted to be less visible from the air (other than a huge wake behind it >.< ) by using stripes and what not. though i'm not sure if they still do that now or not.
and submarines are naturally camoflauged ;-)
