Kudzu comes to mind as an aggressive plant. It isn't all bad, but any non-native vine that grows a foot a day is bound to be a problem.

Of course. The plant kingdom has been around for a long time. Any plant that shows signs of allelopathy can be considered aggressive. Most plants harm each other with toxic biomolecules, but I have some species of Madagascan plants that physically "push" other plants away with their VERY thorny branches until they have enough room to grow.
