My dear Anil,

First one should have an unshaken belief that God exists.

Then that person shall acquire knowledge about HIM through the scriptures and a Sad-guru or Master who is capable to guide him in the right path with ease.

Then one should practise the procedure laid down or dictated by Guru and Sit in meditation and through introspection shall be able to realise gradually the TRUTH.

It may take years and tears or births ,several depending upon the effort and the capability of Master and the Present stage of the person in search of realisation.

So an unshaken faith in HIM is the foundation.

The essential mystical ingredients for God-realization are first initiation by God in human form, and then the work of meditation required to raise ones Soul through the many regions of Creation to become "ready" to meet God.

Even those Souls who are specifically sent into the Creation to initiate Souls who are ready... must spend many years in deep meditation to work off the Karma they took on in order to incarnate within the physical plane of existence. Jesus spent many years in India doing this, other Masters of record in India have done likewise. Some spent as long as twelve years in deep meditation of many hours a day... after being initiated. The point being.... it is not a casual process, but one of intense work, effort, and intention.

god is your blindness
God is the belief of those who are still asleep and dreaming
God is just programmed into your mind
God is the cause of all your mental sickness.
God is just an excuse to exploit humanity and to keep humanity in a very subtle and invisible bondage.
God has been your prison.
God has been in the hands of the priests.
God has always been an outsider
God is no where
God is against life
God is against existence
God is the biggest obstacle to your mind
No body has seen god, a few people have pretended—either they were lying or they were hallucinating
God is a man manufactured idea

Self Realization.

Shrawan (listen/read to realized), Mannan (meditation on what you have heard from realized) and Nidhidhyasan (implementation of what you heard and meditated upon).

Ultimately all the paths (Bhakti, Karam and Jayan) will give us right-knowledge (Vivek) which means that we are "every changing and inert matter"! Candle of right knowledge, will automatically removes the darkness of ignorance! And when we realize this we get a glimpse of "Separated Consciousness" (Soul), which is reflection of the God (Bhram).

What do you mean by that?

According to the Christian faith, God's self-revelation is in Jesus Christ. Read about him in the Bible (especially Matthew, Mark, Luke and John) and you'll come to realize who God is and what he is like and what he asks of you.
