We have lifetd a name from the box, and we buy only a one gift. We get together on Christmas eve and Santa brings the gifts. Children get more than one. We eat prior to that. On Sunday morning we go to the church.

I am a born again Christian. For years I didn't celebrate it because I learned it was pagan in origin. But then I began celebrating it again and rejoicing in the Christian meaning of the holiday. We try to focus on the nativity and not on Santa and the tree and gifts. I gave away all my Santa knicknacks and only have Jesus ones or snowman ones. Every year we try to make it more centered on Jesus and less retail, making homemade gifts from the heart, too. Have a Merry Christmas, sweetie.

I view Christmas as too commercialized. Although I love the holidays and spending time with friends and family, the gift buying part really stresses me out. I will be cooking Christmas dinner here at the house, and having a small get together with my family.

i dont really celebrate christmas. i really loved it as a child when i had family around but now i live alone and my closest relatives are 400 miles away so it is really just another day for me. i do still cook big meals at thanksgiving and christmas, thankfully my dogs eat alot because i could never eat an 18 pound turkey and all the side dishes by myself.
