What to do in Istanbul?

Question

I am going to Istanbul and Edirne at the end of January. I'll be going alone and staying in a hostel. Any suggestions on what I should do there?

I don't drink.

Ortakoy: House Café (eat lahmacun), You can find handmade stuff stores
Sariyer:eat Fish near Bosphore


You join a tour on Bosphore.

Sultanahmet Area: Topkapi, Ayasofya, Basilica Cistern, Grand Bazaar

Beyoglu, Taksim: Great nite life and shopping, St Antoine Church
360 Restaurant

Moda, Kadikoy,Bagdat Caddesi, Kandilli: Asian Side

Kanyon Shopping: It is really like a canyon not an ordinary shopping place. Eat in Konyali Restaurant real Turkish meal

Galata Area: Galata Tower

Nisantasi: An absolute must go place to do anything you want:-)
