Drag it out. Very few men who want only sex will hang around for more than a month or so. They get bored and move on. If he really wants to be with you for you, waiting for sex won't matter. Same advice I gave my kid brother. Told him if a relationship can't survive at least a month with no sex, its not a relationship.

Well if he's interested in you then you should try to take the relationship a little slower and see how he feels about it...if he's just interseted in your pants he'll proably keep reaching for your shirt.... then if it doesnt stop break up with him thats not the greatest way to start a heathy relationship.

I guess...as a girl you will know it...you will feel it if his intention is just to have sex with you.
If he is really into having a serious relationship with you.....
he will never ever touch any part of you or even a strand of your hair till the day you said yes^_^
This will show that he don't just love you but he respects you as a girl...^_^

tell him you want to wait to have sex , if he hangs around then sex is not all he is looking for
