Usually you know without a word being said. Love can be felt without any words at all. We you look into his eyes and he looks into yours and you feel butterflys in your stomach and your heart is smiling then you know. Love is a wonderful thing when it is felt by both people.

hard question, but I think you can tell thur actions but sometimes it is hard to know if they are honestly in love with you or just using you. Does this person what to spend time with you? how does he act if you are in public, around his friends and your friends? is it all about sex or is he the same? ...etc

If you are in a relationship with him and he acts like he really cares about you...and you love him (assuming you are female) he most likely already does. typically guys fall in love first.
