In my personal opinion most religions try to reconnect the self with the sourse or Gods-head. To know God.
Buddhists seek Nirvana but reaching the Gods Head.
Then there is Krishna and the Christ.
Judaism and their Convent and the Muslim and their teachings of their Prophet.
If you take away the doctrinal issues and methods to do so, the end result in that upon ones death, you try to become one again with the source of all things.

To better ones self. It is the path that all seem to seek in defining there existence. It seems to be an innate quality of man to search for some meaning to everything he does not understand. The destination you ask is really the answers to lifes questions.

I think all religions are basically good, it's man's interpretation of the laws of their particular beliefs that sometimes falls by the way.I think we all need some religion or beliefs in our lives to survive.

If it is the true religion of God that is for sure Islam than Heaven.....other monotheism religions may take you to the heaven but If you have recieved the knowledge of Islam and you reject it...you will go to hell !
*sigh*
It doesnt mean only unbelievers will go to hell many believers will go too...so have to ask for His forgivness and guidance.
