I think you look great. However, only you can determine if you need to lose weight. I know in my own personal struggle, I could care less what anyone else thinks. I lost weight because I felt like crap, I never had energy, it felt uncomfortable just doing regular things...couldn't even get up a flight of stairs without feeling like I was doing an intense cardio workout. So I finally decided enough was enough. Now I run 3-5 miles every other day, I weight train on the days I don't run, and I try to watch what I eat. I lost 85 pounds doing the Atkins diet and have kept most of it off.
Anyway, the main reason to launch into the person exposure I just did is to illustrate that your views of your weight should not be based on the opinion of others. There will always be someone to say you should lose a few pounds and some others to say you should gain a few and yet still others who say you are fine the way you are. So how do YOU feel about your weight?

Seriously....no! You look good as is!

BUT, if you want to have that "extra security" of pounds to play with, losing 15 pounds can't hurt. Exercise is good for everyone, no matter how big or small one is. With that, you'll feel "fit" and yet still maintain what you have already! :)

It looks better for a woman to have some "meat" on her versus those Paris Hilton, anorexic looking "skinny minnies" anyway. You are definitely NOT fat.

I don't think you need to lose weight, but excersize is always a good thing, as is a healthy diet.

The correct question is, why do you need to lose weight?

My girlfreind once asked me "Do you think J-Lo's butt is too big?"
"Too big for what?" I answered, and promptly got smacked!

I am giving you a definite no to that; you're more than attractive ( the dress is especially flattering also ) Beyond being attractive, you seem to be at a healthy weight also.

YOU LOOK LIKE A BEAUTIFUL YOUNG LADY.

BUT, YOU CAN NEVER BE TOO SKINNY OR TOO RICH.

I THINK YOU WOULD FEEL BETTER THINNER. THAT'S A GOOD THING. TONE YOURSELF WITH LIGHT DUMB BELLS. LOTS OF REPS. DON'T EAT THE COLOR WHITE, BREAD, SUGAR, ETC.

STAY THIN NOW, MIDDLE AGE IS COMING. LEARN CONTROL AND METHODS NOW. BE READY!

I'D DATE YOU, IN A NY SECOND!
