If you weight it out to equal weights, it will still be the same right? Any help will be appreciated.

hi there,
yes you can, triple f is usually for short barrels and double f is for rifles and shot guns, triple f is finer than double f, and ignites faster, so if you use double f in a hand gun it will fire fine ,but it may not all burn before its out of the barrel, causing a lose in power to the bullet.

Yes, you can, but the same weight charge will not give as high a velocity or amount of energy with the same projectile. The coarser grain will not burn as fast, and, in shorter barrels, may not burn completely before the bullet leaves the barrel, hence the bright muzzle flash.
Mainly because of the more intense cleaning required, I haven't used regular black powder in years, but have been burning Pyrodex exclusively, and have just recently begun trying Hodgden's 'Triple 7', as well. Both burn much cleaner than black powder, and are not corrosive, either.

FFg is slower than FFFg.
The load will be safe, but expect a slightly lower
velocity and less complete burning.

Yes, the velocity will just be somewhat lower!

no the powder is less coarse and will not put out as much energy and it will not burn as fast therefor you lose speed and if you lose speed you lose accuracy
