Well theres computer glasses that have UV. . anti-reflection and slight tint. You can have them made at an optical. .those three feautures help your eyes from straining from the computer and prevent direct light.

If you want to prevent light from the computer getting to your eyes, turn the monitor off. Any glasses that completely block the light will have the same effect as turning the monitor off. I expect you actually want to see the information on the monitor. If that is so, then you will need to allow the light to enter your eyes.

If you want to stop glare and discomfort, get a good monitor glare screen, switch to LED screen, then adjust the monitor tilt, brightness and contrast to provide your best comfort. You don't need glasses.
