I feel violated by the right to express my opinion! There was nothing wrong with my question about Scientology. So why has it been removed??

Yahoo is pretty strict. Questions get removed all of the time.
Let me guess....

A) It really wasn't a question
B) it obviously did not expect a real answer
C) it was a rant, or a lecture, or a request to chat
D) it made fun of a religion in the religion and sprituality area instead of the philosophy area

Were any or all of the above true about your question?

It was obviously disliked. I've rarely managed to ask questions about Scientology without getting angry emails or having it removed.

Appeal the violation through the link in the email Yahoo sent. You'll get a reply to that in a few days. If your appeal is rejected, the email you receive with have another link. Go to that link and appeal again. Best of luck!

You may receive an email which states that your question was reported by "the Answers community". You'll be given the opportunity to appeal... but if the appeal is denied, you'll lose 10 points.

Tom Cruise didn't like it and jumped up and down on his sofa screaming I Love Katie.

Sorry dear, you don't have a right to express yourself, this is a private enterprise (Yahoo). they can and will remove or allow whatever content they please. if it is illegal content, they are required by law to remove it..Report monkey trolls band together to report answers which offend them as a group (Christian Fundamentalists, Mormons, Catholics, etc)

Scientologists are rich. I wouldnt be surprised if they own shares in Yahoo just so that they can censor it

certain religious groups here are sufficiently well organised to multiply-report questions they would rather not deal with. (and the y!a report administrators are not sharp enough to deal with such board manipulation).

the roman catholics are about the worst, closely followed by creationists, jehovah's witnesses, and scientologists.

(muslims are bad - but not really in the same league as catholics).

the more preposterous a creed the more urgently it needs to suppress debate. (and of course the catholics had the index and the inquisition).

Scientologists report everything, just like they used to sue everyone.
