Improving your endurance takes time.
Improving your running speed depends on what type of speed.
If you want to improve your sprint speed you can do so in less time than improving your speed in distance races.
However, there are no short cuts and it takes time, not just time each day, but time over several months.
Sorry.

Unfortunately improving endurance takes some time. The only sure way i know of is to go on long distance runs. You have to suffer a little bit on those tough runs, and practice consistency with them 5-6 days a week to get any better. Eventually it will get easier to run them, and it will improve your endurance immensely.

Get out there and let your feet hit the street sunshine :D At least that way you get to enjoy the endorphins your body produces when u run !

1. Do speed work
2. Do distance work
Both take time and diligence, but there's no substitute for doing some miles.....

you can use h.i.i.t. which is high intensity interval training. its basically walk for a little, then sprint, then walk then sprint, you can research it on google but also plyometrics r very good for you.you can also find out more about it
