You'd lose a couple of pounds of water weight and you'd gain it back as soon as you started eating again. It wouldn't be fat loss. The problem is that you would teach your body that there might be starvation ahead again, so it would hoard fat supplies and lose muscle, and you'd drop your metabolism. So, you'd end up with a puffy stomach (like the kids in Africa who are starving), which is not the result you want.

The way to do this is slowly, which is how you gained the weight. You have to start walking and build up to 1.5 hours a day for weight loss, although you can break it into three sections if you like. You have to eat healthy, normal proportions of vegetables and lean protein like chicken and fish, and you have to do some weight lifting to build muscle. However, you won't gain your weight back and you'll learn how to keep doing this.

Apples have a lot of sugar, and also cause loose bowels when you eat a lot of them. You're going to definately clean out your body doing that, but its not a healthy way to diet. You might lose 5lbs of water weight right off the bat from doing that and if you don't go right back to crappy eating, you should be able to keep that weight loss off. Instead of just doing apples and water, why not do a bunch of raw or steamed veggies also. When you go back to "normal eating" make sure you still drink tons of water and avoid salt (makes you hold water). Soda has tons of salt and calories, so avoid that. Start eating more veggies on a normal basis instead of junk food and lots of carbs. Start eating smaller portions (think salad plate instead of dinner plate) and do 50% veggies, 25% carb, 25%protein. Break up your day with veggies as snacks to keep your metabolism going.

Good Luck!

You wouldn't be able to do much excercise as you would feel weak just on apples. The weight you would lose would be superficial and you would gain it straight back.

There's no 3 day quick fix to weight loss. You'd be better to do a safe and healthy detox plan to kick start you weight loss followed by a sensible diet and excercise program where you lose no more than 2lb per week.

It's not the answer you want but it's true. If there was a quick fix I would be thin!

i dont think much would happen cause your not getting nutrients and thats what your body needs to work properly. second i dont think there would be a way to "sculpt" it into any diet to not gain it back once you start eating like normal your going 2 gain it back sorry if your trying to lose weight, just excercise and diet right

do no longer do it. No weight challenge could be that severe which you in basic terms consume an apple an afternoon. Your physique will purely go into starvation mode, and you will finally end up gaining all of it back as quickly as you initiate up ingesting often back. purely decrease back on energy progressively and workout extra.

Eating apples and drinking water will help you lose weight. I did that 7 years ago when my weight reaches 126, so I was advised to lose 8 lbs. since I am having problem with my blood pressures and the valve in my heart is getting restless.
Here are the menus that I eat for three months:

7:00 am - 1) 1 piece of apple or 1 slice of papaya 2 slices of
wheat bread, glass of water, skimmed milk
2) 1 piece of apple, 1 boiled egg, 2 pcs. of.
unsalted crackers, water, skimmed milk
. 3) 1 apple, 6 tbsp of cooked oatmeal, water, sm
10:00 am 1) 1 apple, or 1 pc of banana, juice or water
2) 1 apple, 1 slice of wheat bread, juice or water
12:00 nn 1) 1 apple, a small dish of boiled veggies like
brocolli, spinach, 1 pc of smaill carrot, water.
2) 1 pc. banana, boiled veggies, water
3:00 pm 1) 1 apple, 2 pcs. of unsalted crackers, juice or
water
6:00 pm 1) 1 apple, 2 slice of wheat bread, water
2) 1 apple, 1 boiled egg, water
9:00 pm or before going to sleep take a glass of skimmed milk or unsweetened yougurt.
Eating fresh pineapple in your lunch is also good because it helps in detoxification. When you have reach the ideal weigh then only eat 1/2 cup of rice at lunch only. Drink 1/2 glass of water every hour because it helps to remove toxins in our body and alleviate feeling of hunger. Goodluck to your dieting.
