Keep it safe until she next visits, then just pop it in among her things so that she doesn't notice. But whatever you do don't say anything to anyone, if she asks has anyone seen my thong which I lost when I was last here don't answer blush or do anything. If you do she will know that you took it.

Well if you just go up to her and hand it to her she will think you're a perverted freak, so next time she stays the night with you, just slip it in her bag or something without her noticing. Or, just throw it away.
