Jesus (pbuh) never claimed Divinity.
Jesus (pbuh) never spoke about Trinity i.e. three in one. On the contrary he says in:
The Gospel of Mark ,chapter 12, verse 29 "Shama Israelu Adonai Ila Hayno Adonia Ikhad" It is a Hebrew quotation which means: "Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord."
The Gospel of John, chapter 14 verse 28 "My father is greater than I."
The Gospel of John, chapter 10 verse 29 "My Father... is greater than all."
The Gospel of Mathew, chapter 12, verse 28"… I cast out devils by the Spirit of God…."
The Gospel of Luke, chapter 11 verse 20"…I with the finger of God cast out devils…."
The Gospel of John, chapter 5 verse 30 "I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgement is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me."
The verse in the Bible which is closest to "Trinity" and is often quoted by Christian missionaries is the first Epistle of John, chapter 5 verse no 7 "For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word and the Holy Ghost; and these three are one."
In the Revised Standard Version of the Bible (R.S.V.) revised by 32 Christian scholars of the highest eminence backed by 50 different co-operating denominations, this verse which is the keystone of the Christian faith has been removed as an interpolation, as a fabrication and as a concoction. It has not been expunged from the Revised Standard Version of the Bible by the Muslims or by non-Christian scholars, but by 32 Christian scholars of the highest eminence backed by 50 different cooperating denominations as an interpolation, as a concoction and as a fabrication because this verse does not exist in the original manuscript. We Muslims must congratulate the galaxy of D.D.’s (Doctors of Divinity) who have been honest enough to eliminate another lie from the English R.S.V. Bible, thus bringing it closer to the teachings of Islam and the Glorious Qur’an.
The word "Trinity" does not exist anywhere in the whole Bible, but it is mentioned in the Glorious Qur’an in the following places:
a. In Surah Nisa chapter 4 verse 171
"Say not ‘Trinity’: desist:
It will be better for you for
Allah is one God."
[Al-Qur’an 4:171]
b. A similar message is repeated in Surah Maidah chapter 5 verse 73
"They do blaspheme who say
Allah is one of three
In a Trinity: for there is
No god except One God.
If they desist not
From their word (of blasphemy),
Verily a grievous penalty
Will befall the blasphemers
Among them."
[Al-Qur’an 16:125]

For the most part we do.
But we are human beings with minds of our own and not robots.
Opinions are like belly buttons, everybody has one.
But Christianity is about faith in Jesus Christ and what he taught and what he did.
Even the four gospels present a slightly different version of these events- it's the nature of human reality that we all see things through our own eyes and though we may agree about more stuff than we disagree about, differences are probably a good thing.
I'd wonder how genuine our Faith was if it was completely static and rigid and without controversy.

Christians believe in the Holy Trinity.......If Jesus is the son of God why cannot he be worshiped as God...what is the confusion. It is all about absolute faith and the ultimate quest for the truth!

Because they all use different versions of the Bible. The Jewish Bible, the Catholic Bible ,the Protestant Bible the Jehovah;s Witness Bible are all significantly different from each other.Plus there are over 50 other different versions in English alone.I have been asking this in my answers so many times but it is ignored. As far as they are concerned each person's Bible is the one true Bible and all others are incorrect.

placed it this manner. the coolest thoughts on the thank you to stay and organize societies progressed from mankind's nature as social p.c.. animals that had to cooperate to proceed to exist. The "good thoughts" predated faith. faith stole the "good thoughts" from sensible human societies, no longer any incorrect way around. That reported, faith could be a powerful stress for good while human beings particularly persist with the classes. yet too in lots of cases, faith deteriorates right into a tribal conflict of "my god can lick your god". as quickly as you enable that approach loose, you have each form of issues. i'm agnostic. i'm going to thieve good thoughts everywhere i come across them. yet there isn't any supernatural being mandatory to ensure that mankind to stay in harmonious societies. advantages on your journey!

They are equally God. Here's the best way I can explain it.
It is like a king who elevates his son to be co-ruler with him. The son has all of the power and authority of his father the king, but the father is still greater than he because he gave his son this power in the first place.
The same with Jesus. God the Father has given His Son Jesus Christ authority and power over all things, and has elevated Him to be equal with Himself. Yet the Father is greater than Jesus because the Father gave this power to Him in the first place.
Jesus Himself said to His disciples shortly before His crucifixion;
John 14:28
28 Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I.
The Father still retains things to Himself, for Jesus said that only His Father knows when Jesus is to return;
Matthew 24:36
36 But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.
The church is called "the bride of Christ" in the New Testament, illustrating the depth of God's love for His Church. It also says that He will soon come for His Church, as a bridegroom would come for his bride.
In ancient times when a wedding was to take place, the groom would be whisked away to a party, and the bride would wait at her father's house for her husband to come for her. The husband would in turn have to wait for the father of the bride to give his permission to go and get his bride and take her to her new home.
The same with the church. Jesus cannot come for His bride until the Father of the bride gives His permission for Him to come and get His bride.
Finally, when Jesus has conquered all enemies, including Satan and death itself, He will subject Himself to His Father and will deliver the kingdom to His Father.
I Corinthians 15:24
24 Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.
I hope this explains it somewhat for you?

We do believe in the basics together. Jesus is the worlds salvation and those who know of Him must put their faith in Him.
Jesus is our Saviour, He is my saviour. He is the lamb of God come to take away the sins of the world. It's the fundamentals of Christ's teachings that we agree on. The sophists arguments are gritty details too many get hung up on.

Christianity has been fractured into so many different sects, all with their own ideas of what thelr religion should be...is anybody really surprised that they can't agree on anything???
And on top of that...expect us nonbelievers to agree with them???

Most people first believe what they are taught and then later change their beliefs as they are influenced by additional facts, experiences, and desires.
Most people FIRST believe and THEN use the Bible to prove their beliefs are correct.

I guess Christianity is like the Islam religion. There are different sects, they have the same basic beliefs they just focus on different aspects of it. i.e. shias kill sunnis and i think both kill sufis, a bit like the catholics and protestants used to do to each other in Ireland.
