I've just moved to Los Angeles and I've heard that there is an outlet mall that has a store for every designer brand you can think of! Does anyone know the name of it?

You're talking about the Desert Hills Premium outlets in Cabazon near Palm Springs. You take the I-10 East about 90 miles from Downtown LA. Its right next to the Morongo Casino. It does have almost every designer store you can think of. Lacoste, Gucci, Georgio Armani, Prada, Etro, Guess, Saks Fifth Avenue, Barneys, Dolce and Gabbana, Ralph Lauren, and more. Its a great outlet mall, in fact I got an Armani suit there for only 400 dollars, just becuase it was a couple seasons old. Hope that helps.
