A BICYCLE alarm. Considering the volume of sound you'd need to make it effective, and the battery power source to run it, you'd be carrying a LOT of weigh around.
If you HAVE to leave the bike outide, consider a BIG aggressive dog, tied to the bike frame. Consider a bowl of water and another with kibble, and a pack for the bowls so that the dog can carry them along side of you, while you ride.
No, I'm not THAT serious about leaving an unattended dog, outside in the weather, but you asked for suggestions. You already have the BEST one. Don't leave the bike outside.

Serious?? Damn, If someone did that to me, I'll run up to that kid and scratch his face and rip his head off of his shoulders. My best advice is a whistle... That will scare that cat a way. Whistle loudly!!!
