if he loved her, he would not care to ask she's virgin or not unless she told. The guys never care about virginity or he is a conservative guy, so dump him.
However, if she wants to tell that she is virgin once she is ready for sex , i think the guy will start slowly and gentlely (if he loves her) because he cares for her hurts.

the proper time is when the subject of having intercourse is brought up. At this point, the concept of 'saving it for marraige' or if the girl is ready to surrender her virginity can be addressed. If the girl desires the boy, she will 'set the stage' and either give it, or state she wants to save it. In some cultures, virginity is sacred, and the loss of virginity is a milestone in the girls life (much like when menstruation starts. Some cultures degrade non-virgins unless the loss of the virginity is done within the parameters of that culture.
Unfortunately, men are only too willing to take a girl's virginity, without the sanctity of marraige, but hypocritically insist that they will only marry a virgin.Topics like this should be discussed openly before intercourse, and that discussion should always be within the girl's control.
Your question predicates a willingness to have sex on the part of the girl, and whether or not she reveals her virginity, and/or when and if, is entirely her privelege. If the boy has reason to beleive the girl is a virgin, he may ask. Unless the boy has sure ans certain knowledge she is not a virgin, he should always respect the girl as if she IS, whether she is or not.

That's actually up to her, and depends on the intimacy of their relationship and how they interact with one another. It could be good to tell him as they're getting intimate so that the boy doesn't have time to get nervous and over-hype it, but then I'd really advise she tell him as soon as she feels comfortable with the idea of having sex with him for her first time, so that they both have the time to get adequately prepared -- such as buying lube to ease the pain of her first time, etc.

He certainly would and it would probably turn him on even more. After all, it can only happen once and guys take pride in being "the one." If he really cares, he will do everything possible to make it a pleasant and memorable experience for both.

My guess is if the kissing becomes more than just a few pecks and it looks like there's going to be some alone time.

If he can not tell you are a virgin by the light in your eyes, he is not very perceptive. If you want to keep that light, don't do it.
