I've been participating track events but the problem is that i have a bad stamina but i'm fast though.I really need to know how to improve my stamina in running. Any suggestions?

Well you're probably MUCH better at running them me but I'll tell you what I know of;

Never EVER drink water right before running, you usually get major cramps once you start your running.
Never go at an unsteady pace. Don't run like lightning and then stop to walk and take a breather. Take a nice steady pace you're sure to keep up with from start to finish.
It's very difficult but always try to breathe through your nose rather than breathe in and out through your mouth, you can get your mouth very dry and make it difficult to keep running because lack of saliva in your mouth..

im practicing to build my stamina too
and the only advice i can give is not to stop just after u finish running a certan distance
try jogging slowly and then start walking in order to slow down ur heart rate
