My mos is 1100 or 1300 optional?

Question

what does it mean by optional? once i get out of bootcamp i can pick between the 1100 mos fields or the 1300 mos fields?? its for the Marine Corps. Somebody help this pulley out, im kind of wondering. its says optional so is it my choice

I was an 03 myself.
Means if 1300 is open you can also choose it. If not open or if you decide to you can stay with 1100 field instead of going 1300.
Hope you got that in writing knowing the Corps.
