shes in heat but i havent let her outside and her nipples have looked a little swollen... is this normal

Yes it is normal for this to happen. It is her bodies way of getting her ready to be breed & have puppies. They will go back to nornal after she is out of heat. This will happen each time she goes in heat. Some times maybe not as bad as before. Unless you want puppies though, keep her away from other male dogs!!

Perfectly normal. If it happens again when she isn't in season and you know she hasn't been in contact with a dog it may well be a phantome pregnancy. My boxer used to 'feed' the children's toys every time she had a season!

Yes, especially if it is her 1st season - they will shrink when her season finishes but never go back to the size they were before.

Yes, just be sure not to let her near any male dogs! And get her spayed.

it might have breast cancer. My dog died having that kind of situation. after she died I ask my veterinarian "if it happened again to my other dog is there a way to save them?" my veterinarian answered" yes , the dog will be undergoing an operation we will cut the part and remove the tumor in the breast."
