She said i didnt meen to hurt you why do you girls say that when u know that you have hurt us. im really down many people say girls arent worth it but why do i feel this she's worth everything in the world and more?

Hey man, know what you are feeling. I went through the same thing too. There's no way a girl can't hurt you if she says no. This is just plain fact! The problem is that the longer you leave it to tell her, the worser it gets! I feel bad for you that she said no but hey man, atleast you built up the courage to tell her! Commend yourself for that. It took me 3 months to move on from my situation, this time will vary for you depending how deep you felt for her. If you are going through what I went through you will question yourself as to why she doesn't like you that way. What you need to realise is that there is nothing wrong with you!! This girl doesn't like you that way doesn't mean there's anything wrong, all it means is that she just wasn't attracted to you.
The only way you are going to get better is to find other things to keep you pre occupied when you think of her. This will not help all of the time but it will some of the time.

Don't take it personal man, you have to learn not to attach yourself to girls you just met. A girl can slice your heart if you get emotionally attached to her and she doesn't feel the same way about you. Always be upfront with them, because girls will never tell you that they like you or dislike you, you just have to work with what you're given. So when she says "no", you'll have no personal quabless with her and you find another one. Simple as that. Live in reality don't think a girl cannot break your heart, always expect the worst.

Girls are worth it.
And so are you.
It is worth feeling bad.
You feel bad because she said no. That is normal.
You feel hurt because she 'didn't mean to do it'.
Remember; she didn't do it. You did.
You put your heart out there. It wasn't her heart. It was yours.
Now. Think. If she didn't want your heart that means that someone else does.
That someone will find you if you are able to quit looking behind and start looking forward.

some girls say no the first time, but if you keep asking they eventually change their mind, or were playing hard to get to begin with... isn't it true that guys like the chase and when she finally says yes you will appreciate her more.... don't give up,.... pay attention to the signals and try again

dude, when it comes to relationship, there is bond tat one person gets hurt... even if ur not together, liking someone, is not a crime n feeling down is not a crime either... u just got to be strong.... if not, dun lose heart... dont give her up.. try winning her heart... u may not know, u might capture her heart... act like a real man...
