Bud first thing you learn in marriage. When it comes to women what is hers is hers, and what is yours is also hers. Just learn to live with it.
As far as getting your parts well you will have to sit down and analyze that yourself based on your finances. Then decide if you can afford to get them or not. If you can go for it.
But as far a Christmas is concerned. It is not supposed to be about what you want. It is supposed to be about getting your loved ones presents and seeing them happy.

If you're on a tight budget to pay down debt, your special little fund should be going to pay off that debt anyway. You helped run up that debt by living beyond your means. Now bite the bullet and put off getting your little toys till you can afford it.

You may want to get more involved in exactly what bills you have and how they are being paid. You might find out she's doing a really good job. Or you might discover that she needs to do without some stuff too.

Have you ever read the book "The Gift Of The Magi"? If not, get it, read it, consign it to your heart.
Christmas isn't about "things"...it is about love. If your PC parts worth having a miserable Christmas over? Can't they wait just a little while until you get your tax refund?
If you can't find it in your heart to nix the PC parts, then why not compromise and find some way of giving her something and buy one or two parts?
Either way, I wish you luck.
