You have to fly via Sydney to Papeete, then light aircraft or boat to Bora Bora. Check with your hotel/resort in Bora Bora - the price you pay may include transfers from Papeete.

I see from your post note that you say you can travel by sea.
I agree but your questions asks how to FLY .
I have ran a check and there are actually not any flying boats or sea planes operating from Perth.
