Every symtom you mention is consistant with vitamin B12 deficiency and also a bunch of different things. Go see a doctor. Buy yourself a sublingual methylcobalamin supplement (Jarrow and Enzymatic Therapy work better than most) and a b-complex at least, better with a&d, E, omega3 fish oil, zinc. If it is primarily a b12 deficiency you may start experiencing the turn around in minutes. My blurry vision cleared up in an hour and never came back. The weakness and tiredness started clearing up in 5 minutes. The cramps took longer, perhaps a month to go away. Burning red tongue and burning bladder about 10 days. The pins and needles took about 9 months. Your results will vary depending upon what is actually wrong. If you take the vitamins and nothing happens, well your doc then knows what it isn't. So do you also have a whole lot of other symtoms too? That would tend to reinforce the b12 idea. In any case you need to see a doc.

Living in misery with "Fear is the key"
Luke 8.25
With emptiness and getting burn out.
Try and update the ATM.
Go to the nearest library and update the data memory bank.
Update with more of the positive for the physical self.
Then update with "Scripture" in living words for the inner self to balance it.
Don't update with cheap-skate ghostly stories from the graveyards of someone else ghostly ancestors culture or custom.
Get Matt., Mark and luke to help out with the "Scripture"
Luke 9.55-56
What do you think?

Are you eating right? I have similar problems but thats because I have low iron and am not much of an eater. My doctor helped me out with some iron tablets. My guess is its your eating habits but I'm no doctor so to be sure ask your GP

What's wrong with you is that you're asking a bunch of faceless amateurs about your problem instead of asking a professional physician who can help you for certain. I know it's expensive to see a doctor, but with as bad of symptoms as you're describing, I think it'd be worth it.

You need to go to the ER, but it sounds like delirium. The major cause of this is food-born viruses or severe dehydration. Get help.

My dear you are under depression, you think a lot and worried about lot of things. I suggest please take rest, go to a hilly and peaceful area where you just forget everything boring you and enjoy the nature and then fell the difference.
