My girlfriend is always complaining about her feet hurting. She has what looks like a callus the size of a pea on the ball of her feet dead in the middle. This is on both of her feet in the same spot. I try giving her a foot massage but she says it hurts when i touch these calluses. We tried soaking her feet in epsom salt but it did not help any. If any one has a solution, let me know, you'd be a savior to my ears and her feet.

She may have a plantar wart. The bottom of the foot is called the plantar surface. Since they are constantly stepped on, they do not like like a wart on the hand. They get smashed and sometimes covered with callous. Obviously painful.

There are some over-the-counter remedies, but they do not always work. They are available at the local drugstore or most chains (Wal-Mart, Target, etc). Look in the foot care section. You may just want to go to the doctor to begin.

You can do a web-search for "plantar warts" and get more information.

Hope the helps!

She needs to rotate how she stands. When she stands she is putting all her weight in those one spots. She has to alternate between 2-3 spots of standing to keep the callus away. Have her do this and keep up the foot rubs and her feet will look better and feel better in about a week ot two.
Good luck!
