What type of Arthritis? Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Enclosing Spindlings, did you see a Doc, did he tell you which type, if so whatever type depends on treatment and length of time before things deteriorate.

This has no answer. You can take the supplements over the counter and try and hold off this debilitating disease as long as possible. Exercises and treatments but, it going to come. Check with you family, see how they faird through the years, your uncles and aunts. It's a "Y" gene thng handed down.
