I am 29 he is 34 and married. He's cool and all, but I just think its kinda wierd. I NEVER wear revealing shirts.

Try holding YOUR HEAD DOWN WHEN HE IS TALKING TO YOU. When he asks what is going on - reply with something like "I was wondering what you were looking at?" - a bit sarcastically.
A trick that I found works with men is to turn the tables on them - pretty soon they will start looking all around as if they are interested in any other thing that is going on. It is amazing what a little reverse psychology does.

b/c the boss is attracted to you, and guys are obsessed w/ female breasts. even though hes married, hes trying to imply that he would be open to being more than just colleagues...
