The PSP can connect to the Internet Wirelessly. For instance if you have a wireless network in your home and you have a router, you can go online with it. Also if you are in a WiFi Hotspot, you can go online.

You don't need anything extra or anything special to allow the PSP to access the Internet because everything you need is already built in.

Hey, What it means by "Not enough available memory." is that the internal memory is too small to handle the webpages. The old and fat PSP have very limited internal memory, the new and slim have a bit more, but still it's far away from matching that of a PC. The browser of the PSP doesn't do a good enough job to minimize the webpages too. You can try to turn off some options under "options" -> "visual something" I think. Can't remember right now. When you're in the PSP browser, open the icon with the toolbox. Somewhere there you should be able to find a couple of options that include "turn of images" or "reduce images", "turn of flash" and so on. This could help, but will pretty much ruin your whole experience. There was a homebrew program for the PSP called "Links" or something like that. Which was a homemade program that was an Internett browser, much better then the original many people claimed. I haven't tried it that much, but it worked very well when I tried it. But that's only if you can run homebrew on you PSP.

yes you can access internet on your PSP.
first find a wifi spot. configure you settings thru >settings>network settings>infrastructure> create a new connection> turn on psp's wlan> then scan for wifi > then choose desired connections > I
F your connections require any security (WAP keys) you may want to ask the person in charge with the wifi connections > then thats it.
it is much easier if your connections if free. No major setup needed.

then thats it. once connected. go to network button> then select internet browser. :)
