It seems like there seems to be a popular perception that if you are not a Christian you must be an Atheist. This misconception has even extended to this board where questions are often addressed to "non-believers" by Christians where in the details it is obvious they are speaking about Atheists and denying that other beliefs exist; or to "Theists" by Atheists when in the details they are speaking about Christianity.

There are many of us here who are neither Christian nor Atheist, but are Jewish, Muslim, or part of the Pagan family of religions (of which Wicca is only one)

Darwin fish might win definitely. The Jesus fish can not kick, punch, poke interior the attention, pull hair, scratch, or Karate chop. All it may do is chew. And no, it would not have an income interior the water the two. they're the two fish, however the Darwin fish has probable developed bigger means gills, greater no longer complication-free epidermis, sharper the teeth, and greater intelligence. On land, there could be no contest. besides the reality that, as some have observed, the jesus fish might have the skill to resurrect itself, it may purely do it as quickly as, and the approach takes 3 days, so he could be eaten up by potential of then. additionally, the Darwin fish knows that with the intention to kill the Jesus fish for sturdy, all he has to do is convince all of the different fish that the Jesus fish isn't actual, which might recent no difficulty after he's had 3 days to eat him up. i will wager he could be yummy with some steamed vegetables and a extreme-high quality white wine...

I think that when the Christians say non- believers that they are lumping us all into one category. The atheist, the gnostics, the Pagans anyone who doesn't believe exactly like they do. To answer your question, Absolutly the rest of us should and do get fish to. Poseidon, being a God of the sea has control over all of the fish in the sea, wether the atheists or the christians believe it or not. We know the truth, and maybe one day when the Chrisitans religion is wxposed as the false one built on lies and murder that it is they will see it too. Of course many of these things have already happened, the Christians just bury their heads in the sand and say that it isn't true we made it up. I don't think they are quite sure who they hate the most the Pagans, who have managed to survive and are thriving agian, despite their best efforst to whipe us off the face of the earth or the Atheists who don't believe in any sort of dinvine power. Oh well, I personally fel sorry for all fo them.

Just call it christian selfishness.

It took them 1500 years to figure out (and accept) that the earth was round. Then they had to go through the painful process of accepting the earth was not the center of the solar system, and some of them are still debating that we are at the center of the universe.

So, be patient.

It might take still some time for them to realize other people might be right even if they have a different belief frameset.

For the time being it's still mainly divided in believers (christians) and non believers (the rest).

Hopefully they will eventually realize that "the rest" is divided in believers (of a superior being) and non believers (of anything at all), and the rest of a mental natural evolution.

And, although this is not much related to this, they will hopefully come to understand that whoever is not with them is NOT against them.

< should definitely have her own fish. Then again, who needs a fish? I have a can of sardines, and that shall supply my protein the next time I work out, and is therefore enough for me (especially with the mercury levels of the fish here. jeez).
I think Tahuti has it though; there's just too many that make god the Christian god and go back to the duality rather than view all the options.

Xianity was started when the Age of Pisces started, so that's why fish are in a lot of his stories and he's called the 'fisher of men'.
I think Darwin should have a turtle to symbolize him.
Poseidon's trident was associated with the devil's pitchfork (or whatever).
The Age of Aquarius is supposed to be now, I wonder what sign they'll use...

Yes, it's true, but I guess Christians and Atheists get into it the most. I would actually like to hear more about the many other religions, especially Judaism, Hinduism, and Buddhism.

Let's NOT forget about Tethys, daughter of Uranus and Gaia, mother of the rivers and very much a Greek power in her OWN right.

They're (christians or whoever is asking the question at the time) too ignorant to know that other beliefs exist.

It's the sin of dualities. Christians and Christian derived Atheism have the same mental hangups, including the "us vs. them" world mentality.

Right on! I have noticed that, too.

But have you never seen the Pagan Fish? ;)
It looks like a fish, but has cat-whiskers!
