Ok, so i am in high school and i just met a gu i really really like. we connect very well and have a lot of the same morals and stuff and i would really like to try my chances with him. The problem is that we have a HUGE height difference. see, im fine with a guy being a few inches shorter, but im 5'10" and he is 5'0. ten inches is a lot. so...what do i do? how do i handle it? do i wait for him to get a couple inches taller? help!

When you have been married 50 years and have osteoperosis it will matter a lot more that you like him and he takes care of you than that you once had more bone mass.

If you really like the guy, then you should not let the height difference keep you from being his friend. Maybe you should take it slow, and see if it really is a big issue, because you may not even care about the little things once you really get to know his inner person.

Think about it. Who is this really bothering? If you honestly like the guy look over his height (no pun intended). Ya know, maybe he feels a little self conscious hanging out with a tall person. Don't get hung up on the physical stuff. You may end up cheating your self out of a great relationship.

well this one is simple. if you really really like him then go for it. outside appearances shouldnt matter when going into a relationship. sure, if they look good, be happy about it. but dont deliberately avoid going out with someone b/c they dont look exactly the way you want them to
i really hope this helps and i hope u take a chance. and if anyone messes with you about the height difference then try and ignore it. what they might think doesnt concern you and frankly i dont think you would want to hear what they have to say anyway.

height doesnt matter as much as feelings do. I understand what ya mean, but if you truly like the guy, I say go for it [: Im sure that you will be just fine, and if any one makes fun of you, just blow it off, and move on. Forget the rumors and gossip, go with your feelings

if you really click, then height shouldnt matter, ik its not the same, but I am 5' 3" and he was 4' 12". and enother ex, a friend of mine was 5' 9" and her bf was 4' 9"
So, u might have to bend to hug and stuff but he will catch up :)
best of luck!
hope this helps!

No, don't wait for him to get taller or what. What matters most is that you liked him. Well, maybe if you waited, you'll never get a chance. In matters of love, no matter who you are, as long as you loved each other, no one would care.
