like wat should i eat and no exercise plz tq

Drop your food intake to 4-5 small meals as opposed to 3 large meals. Before eating, have 3 spoonfuls of greek non-fat yogurt to decrease the amount of space in your stomach and ensure you eat less. No sugar at all! Eat more fruits, and less white breads.

nothing but fresh fruit and vegies, no meat, no bread\pasta\rice\potatoes no salad dressing. For liquids its fresh squeezed juice and water. No soda, alcohol and energy drinks. Make sure to eat lots of tofu or other soy products. Try really hard not to eat fried or charbroiled foods. But if you do all this without exercise you will lose both fat and muscles. Only to gain more fat later on. But good luck, cuz its impossible to lose 3kg in 12 days without exercise. Not to mention you will end up with a long stretched out skin hanging down.

1) Cook your food without any food oil try to use boiled/steamed vegetables, meat, and lot of salad. U can eat fruits too and boiled/steamed chicken or red meat too but no pork.
2) Potato is strictly forbidden during this diet
3) Don’t eat any type of junk food.
4) Drink at least 3 ltr of water daily. Make ur habit to drink water as much as u can
6) use brown bread
7) use skimmed and low fat milk and yogurt
8) no sugar of any type.
9) First try to avoid any type of soft drink but if u really wants to taste some thing sweet then drink diet pepsi if u like, but just one glass once in a week.
10)U can eat vegetable soap too as much as u can but no corn flour in it.
11) if u feel hungry then divide ur diet into 5-6 healthy meals a day (1 plate size only)
12) one bowl of oatmeal can be taken as a break fast
13) At least take this diet for 3 to 6 months and when u feel that u have achieved your desired weight then make ur eating life style as told above but occasionally u can take other junk food too.

dont abstain urself from excersise just do some walk or jogging daily

Not possible. You can safely lose 0.5 to 1.0kg per week.

To lose 1.0kg you need to eat about 7700 calories less than you usually eat. So to lose 3kg you need to eat about 25000 fewer calories. That would mean eating nothing for 12 days and exercising. If you actually did that your metabolism would drop and you would not lose the weight.

Eat about 1200 calories a day and take a 30 minute walk every day. You will lose the 3kg in 4 to 6 weeks.
