Its impossible. Polar bears range throughout the circumpolar north in areas where they can hunt seals at open leads and the penguins live in Antarctica which lays in the circumpolar south.
In short they live in two opposite locations never to meet until the end of the world when the ice melts.

Because they would get sued by animal rights activists if they ate the penguins and because every time you try to put a penguin in an oven they melt. (I'm kidding! NO, I have never tried to put a penguin in an oven or ate penguin meat...that would be gross!!!!)
