I have Helio as a cell phone company. They accidently charged me a early termination feel that I did not owe, and time and time again I was told by them that I would not have to pay it, and that it had been credited to my account. Now they have apparently reported this amount to an outside collection agency and are telling me that there is nothing that they can do about it, even though it was there fault, they are now telling me I have to dispute it with a collections agency who has been very rude to me on the phone. What are my options, what should I do?

Report Helio to the Better Business Bureau, the Chamber of Commerce , The Attorney Generals Office of the state and your state rep in the legislature by EMail. Also to Helio and contact the Business Editor of the paper in Helio's City. Tell them the history and the schlok outfit Helio is.
