Usually at *least* twice, before meals, since I only eat two meals a day. I also pray consciously at other times during the day, especially if I hear about a situation which needs prayed about like a natural disaster and its victims, victims or potential victims of a bad storm, flooding, tornado, hurricane, etc., or of a mining or other work-related diaster, of a terrible highway accident, or a shooting rampage somewhere, etc. I also try to remember to pray daily for our brave U. S. Armed Forces and those in authority at all levels of government,(although not as much or as often as I should). I also pray for prayer requests posted by my pastor via mass e-mails sent out to church members, personal requests from people I know or posted by people on Yahoo Answers, situations brought to my attention by my wife from her contact with co-workers, students and clients.
Honestly, I do not pray as often as I should; but I try to devote a block of time each day when I am mostly in a prayful attitude of openness to God and his will.

I try to keep a kind of inner conversation with the Lord going all day. But for actual focused prayer, I really try for once every day, for at least 1/2 hour. I have 3 kids though, and sometimes it doesn't work out. Since I am talking to HIm all day anyway, I suppose He understands.

None. I've prayed only a handful of times throughout my entire life of 32 years. I should pray more, however.

Two-five times not every day but 98%. I pray everyday, but sometimes not as many as five.
