How long can I keep an unbaked apple pie in the fridge before I bake it?

Unbaked as in raw pastry? Not long
Blind baked pastry case? A day or so but the pastry is going to be soggy.

Your other option is to bake it now and refrigerate until needed (if it's in a day or two) and reheat.

I wouldn't keep it in the fridge more than a day or 2 before baking it.

I don't think you are supposed to keep it in the fridge, it makes the crust get soggy. I'd freeze it or bake it right away.

I wouldn't keep it more than a day or two. You can wrap it in foil and freeze it.

not long, you can freeze the apples, but keep the dough in the packaging until you're ready to bake.

I'm not sure if there is a time limit...But ~ I would just cook it ASAP.... The sooner the better..........That's when it will have the best taste when done.
