Making your own is super easy & ribbons look nicer. Get any ribbon you like, tie them around a pony tail holder. Then use clear nail polish to seal the ribbon ends so they don't fray. Done! It's not hard to do. There are books made by KLUTZ sold at most bookstores or craft stores that can show you step by step to get different effects. Not hard though. All these places have websites.

The cheapest way is to go wherever they sell fabric in your town or a craft store and buy some ribbon that is sold by the yard. Then you can make bows from it. Try this website for ideas: http://www.bowbusiness.com/howtomakebows.html

You can go to a fabric store and find/cut your favorite ribbon...you can try Claire's in the mall. Possible the little girls section of a store might have ribbons.

They are just regular "fancy" ribbons tied in a bow or fancier bow. But it help to use a hair tie too. I'm sure you can get hair ties with ribbon. But that's like a gentleman wearing a clip-on neck tie.

Kmart or big w look in the wool sections and there will be ribbons there or your local material shop should have them

Uh,you could get it at really anywhere,I guess.Or if you have a ribbon that you like and it's kinda long,then you could use that.I recommend a mall.

they're way cute!
they're blue with white polka dots.
i wore them to the highschool football game.

honestly you could get it from the place you get your gift wrap because they have a plethora of colors and thicknesses. You could choose practically any color you wanted for relatively cheap.
