They told me what they wanted done, watched me through a telescope, complained that I didn't do it the way they wanted and that I was wasting company time taking a shower before going home after washing down a 30 foot tall sewage dewatering press.I was running the county's main treatment plant with three trainee's under me,getting paid the same as me with a state license and 9 years on the job. They told me I should be grateful to them that they were being so lenient,I had to work 20 acres solo on weekends and plant checks during rainstorms. As well as going in for two hours at midnight to scrub sand filters, coming back in at 8AM the next day to work a regular shift.Three years later they lost the contract, because of state permit violations. My new job paid double with a larger staff to cover the facility 24/7.

The last time I quit a job was about 8 years ago. It was because I wasn't very good at it, it was stressful, and I felt they took advantage of me.

I usually quit jobs because of scheduling conflicts (mostly for school) However I'm thinking of quitting my current job due to corporate policies, my unhappiness, and terrible hours.

you 'stop' your least interest, 'quitted' isn't a be conscious, do no longer use it while chatting with them. in simple terms say you found out the interest replaced into no longer what you theory it replaced into and you felt you would be extra chuffed, extra powerful off and make a extra of a contribution someplace else

Damn it!
I got laid off.. I was sick of working for 8.90 $ per hour..7 hours a day for an annoying collection agency.
I'm going to find something better anyway.. I know I can make it if I put my mind into it.

I was getting paid about 26,000 less than I should have been making...which was fine till I got a supervisor that was a prick.
So now I am making about 34,000 more than I was and I have a great boss.
