I am terribly uncomfortable when the congregation is expected to sing. I am tone deaf as well as have a breathing condition that doesn't allow the long-winded singing that hymns usually require. I feel like a cheater if I stand and just move my lips and rude if I get up and walk out during the congregational singing, returning afterward to hear the sermon.

Is there a church for me out there somewhere that I can attend church, hear a sermon not be required to participate with something as awkward as singing?

Are you more concerned with others of your singing or worshiping God?
I can't sing worth a lick but the Word says to "Make a joyful noise" unto the Lord.
With that thought, who would enjoy your singing more, the people or the angels in heaven?

The "Quakers" just simply sit in silence at their services.

Also, I know many, many people who cannot sing during service. But, it gives me a good feeling to know that nevertheless, they are not there to please humans- they are there to worship God. Whether you just pray the whole time, hum along, or raise your hands and scream, you are worshipping Him. When you do that, to Him there are no "bad notes"
