I make mine with lots of dried chilli with less oregano, tomato puree, barbecued chicken, onion, chopped prawns, ham,tasty cheese, parmesan cheese and then topped with alot of mozzarella cheese. Mini ones go well at parties.

I've tried to put all sorts of fancy toppings on pizza. I still prefer Italian sausage with some mushrooms and extra cheese. I like a combination of mozzarella and provolone.
A close second is ham or Canadian bacon with pineapple.

My favorite is Sausage and Giardenara!! Giardenara is an Italian Veggie and Hot Pepper mix. You can get it in a vinegar or olive oil base. The Olive Oil base is the best for pizza. There is also a Greek version.
For the strange: There is a bar near Rice Lake, Wisconsin that serves a pizza with Smoked Sausage and Sauerkraut with a white sauce. It was, strangely enough, good!!

Hmmm...at any given time my choices vary between the following though they are put in any combination or just by themselves(not all on the same pizza):
Feta cheese, cheddar cheese, honey ham, spicy pepperoni, banana peppers, pine nuts, gouda, jalapenos, colby cheese, bambo shoots, bean sprouts, and shrimp.
I will try anything once!

I read an article not too long ago about expensive pizzas topped with escargot, lobster, caviar, and 24k gold shavings.
I think lobster would be pretty good but I could do with out the fish eggs or snail.

I would never try it, but there is a pizza place near us called Incredible John's that has peanut butter pizzas.
It's just wrong on so many levels...
Personally I just like the standard combo - pepperoni, sausage, olives, salami, mushrooms.

I also like making a white pizza using garlic oil as a base (no tomato sauce), ricotta, feta, mozerella, and parmesan.

my favorite pizza ever crabmeat, mushrooms, onions, and cheese its called a marie laveaux ..i am very cajun!
