listen baby, if you two really like each other, age shouldn't matter. As to if he likes you, let me tell you how I feel about my soulmate:
When I talk about her, I always smile. I can't help it.
When I see her, I smile.
When I'm with her, I always lock eyes with her. Nothing else is as important as her.
Whenever possible, I hold her hand, or wrap my arms around her waist, or something such as that.
NO MATTER WHAT TIME IT IS OR WHERE I AM, if she's having a hard time, or is sad, or depressed, I'll listen to her, and be there for her.
I get PISSED when someone picks on her, or pushes her around.
And ps, she's 15 and I'm 18.
As far as sex goes, forget it until marriage; if he loves you, he'll wait, and so will you.
I promise if you two go out, you'll both get **** because of it. But if you really love each other, it won't matter.
Hope I helped baby doll. Good luck.

While its true that age doesnt matter in any form of relatiionships, better not enter into such a relationship..you are 14, young, beautiful, fragile and innocent..maintain that, there will be so many others in the future as you turned to a more beautiful lady at 18, you just have to be friends with him, no motives, not inhibitions, and just mere friends...........go down to your studies instead and focus there more..love can wait and experience too..dont go breaking your heart this young..it can be terrible and harm you deeply and psychologically..just be friends but not close ok??? you are young and you can easily be swayed by wickedness and may make a mistake..and can be gullible too......... a dangerous age to try......so don't!!!I trust you are a nice ang good girl.let that be ...

three years isn't much of an age different if your older like
33 and 37......or 21 and 24
but since your 14 it doesn't seem very right
remember 17 year old guys are sexually charged and he's probably wanting one thing ...I'm not saying hes not nice or sincere but just be careful and make sure that if you dont want to sleep with you he knows and understands
If he likes you he will respect your desicions, listen to you, respect you, let you do things you like and generally be nice to you
Wish you the best

Hey!
I'm 14 as well, and my boyfriend is 17.
As long as you're mature enough to handle the age difference, etc.. than no he's not too old for you.
Some signs?
Just like any other guy.
He may tease you, flirt with you, etc.
If he's immature as well, that may make the relationship more comfortable.. if you're not very mature yourself.
Good Luck!

most likely, a 17 year old won`t like a 14 year old. wait a while. if you were 30 and he was 33, that wouldn`t be a big deal. but you`re too young now, and right now all guys want is the physical part, and he`ll only think like that about you. also if you guys have sex, he could get arrested, so right now, he`s too old.

If you really have to ask, it's probably not a good idea.
You're a young teenager, he's almost an adult...I do kindof feel like he's too old.
I don't know either of you personally, so maybe you are very mature in real life. But i you were my friend and you were asking me about this, I would say, avoid it.

Honestly, I have known a few girls about your age who have had older boyfriends. Although it's natural for you to like older guys, the guys that I have known who like younger girls do so because they like to be in control. They are a little immature, and they nearly always pressure their girlfriends into having sex before the girl is ready.
If he thinks you're cute, then that just means that his eyes are open. But if he respects you and acts like a good friend, and he's serious in dating you, then he should wait a while and just be good friends with you.

i dont think it's too old. if he does sweet things for you then he likes you. believe me..you dont really need to ask on signs..u just know. ^-^ on the other hand...make sure he isn't a player. guys around that age and this time period do tend to just use girls or whatever. They usually take advantage of the young ones. Don't be one of them. If you know he's not like that..then go on and be happy with him. ^-^

Even though it's only 3 years when it comes to teens 3 yrs is a big gap cause a lot happens in 3 years time. I think he's too old for you. You're probably in 8th-9th grade and he's probably in 11th-12th grade.

darling, a word of advice from those close to ur age: dont trust older guys or pursue a relationship with them. think about it, if u were the older girl, and he was the younger guy, ud probably take it in the same perspective he does. hes most likely going to lead u on, play with ur feelings, and eventually break ur heart.
