Wear at least spf 15 sunscreen if out in the sun. Really anything higher than spf 15 is pointless. Do not sun bathe and do not do tanning booths.

Avoid sunbeds & use sun cream when exposed to the sun.
Keep an eye on any suspicious moles, if you notice changes (growth, darkening, bleeding) get your doctor to check it out

Smoke at least a pack of cigarettes a day. Then if you still have some spare time left over after that, chug some booze.
